RUBICON POTATO JENKS

Quaint, clean, friendly delicious place! Hubby and I tried what we thought was a new place, but found out it has been here under our noses for 4 years! Delicious potatoes with different meats on it with sauces and cheese. They use two electric smokers for the meats. The house made dressing was the bomb!! We r still talking about it hours later. A cross between Italian and ranch dressing. Young lady at the front counter was so friendly and explained everything. There's a small dining area, but they do a bustling carry out biz. I can't stress enough how delicious this place is. Pls try!

SOOO GOOD. This is my new guilty pleasure. Potatoes topped with brisket and slathered with sauce-- who knew? I really don't understand why people are complaining about the price. The portions are HUGE. I ate one order for both lunch and dinner. Honestly, I probably could have stretched it to 3 meals. Service was very friendly as well. Go check it out now! However, don't expect to go here and eat it in the restaurant. As I recall, there's only a couple of tables and chairs.

This food was absolutely delicious. Down to the seasoning every detail was accounted for making the potato with brisket such an amazing meal. The meat texture was perfect, moist, and seasoned. The staff was friendly as well.

The customer service was awesome. The food presentation out of a magazine and the taste as they say on Friday after "Make you want to slap yo momma!"

Honest review because I love to judge restaurants based on the average food I order and eat. Food was very delicious BBQ tasted as good or better than any ribcrib or big daddy's BBQ. Customer service was very pleasant and nice I'd suggest anyone to eat here if you love good BBQ. Thank you for the food

I saw pictures of the food here and couldn't tell what I was looking at so obviously I had to have it. First of all, the amount of food they give you is irresponsible. They must be using the world's largest potatoes or something because these boxes are FULL and HEAVY. We should have just shared one! Inside the box is potato mountain topper with tons of barbecue sauce, cheese, and ??? Who knows what else. I got hot links on mine and I'm not sure they added a ton to the experience, there was so much other stuff going on they sorta got lost. It's messy and saucy and and smoky and filling and so dang good. The salad and toast were also pretty great! The woman at the counter was funny and helpful and we had a pretty good time.

I got the smoked brisket potato. It was cooked perfectly. The house salad dressing is soooo amazing and super flavorful. Can't wait to go back and try and sandwich. The girl working the counter was super sweet full of smiles very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
